Homestretch® delivers up to 180 lbs. of traction (60 PSI) provided by a hand-held air pressure pump, complete with gauge and release valve for intermittent traction. Yet it weighs less than 13 pounds and is constructed of FDA-approved ABS material. Designed to give the lumbar patient easy control with minimal slippage and more consistent pull during traction. Easy-to-use Homestretch® provides comfortable, economical lumbar traction therapy at home or in the clinic. Packaged in a reusable carrying/storage case.

When hand pump is activated, the extender bar pulls outward on the lumbar strap,creating traction on patient's lumbar area.

Patient uses pump to control pressure on the extender bar, providing slow, gentle traction. Release valve simplifies intermittent traction. Complete with pressure gauge and safety valve. Carrying/storage case is compact and light to carry.

Description:

Homestretch® weighs less than 13 pounds and is made of FDA-approved ABS material for durability. Size of stable base is 43" x 16" x 4".

Indications for Use:

Nerve impingement (sub-acute chronic phase), herniated disc, ligament encroachment, osteophyte encroachment, spinal nerve root swelling, narrowing foramen, spondylosis, hypomobility, joint changes, degenerative changes, joint pain/symptomatic facet joint, spasm/guarding, discogenic pain, postcompression fracture.

Contraindications:

Severe rheumatoid arthritis, infections and inflammatory disease, fractures, extruded disc fragmentation, spreading and/or aggravation of patient's symptoms, serious pathology or disease, malignancy, and spinal cord compression. See instruction sheet for additional precautions.
