1. What’s the difference between the Original and Classic pillow?

The ORIGINAL pillow has a plush velour material on one side of the pillow and a thinner cotton material on the back side and is boxed on the ends. The CLASSIC pillow has the plush velour material on both sides of the pillow and is tapered on the ends just like a regular pillow.

2. What is the difference in the single valve and the dual valve?

The single valve will inflate all 3 rows of air chambers. The dual valve – one valve will inflate one row and the other valve will inflate the other 2 rows. The one row that is inflated separately is the row that will lie under your neck – to customize the cervical support for your neck.
